Can you stay off the booze for 31 days?
This year as part of local efforts to raise alcohol awareness, West Sussex Public Health is getting behind Alcohol Concern’s DRY JANUARY campaign. The campaign aims to set the challenge to stay off the ‘booze’ for the month of January and experience life without alcohol. It’s a chance to lose weight, feel better, save money and make a difference. You can sign up individually or as a team to give up drinking for a month.
