Continuity of Care

The Practice would like to recommend to patients that they should try to see the same GP for a new problem and to be followed up by that same GP even if he or she is not the registered GP.  The Practice recognises that the GP may not always be available and clearly in an urgent situation another GP can help.

We will be looking at possibilities of pairing up doctors so that an alternative GP may be available when the doctor who you would wish to see is away from the surgery.

FORMATION OF NEW ROAD ENTRANCE TO THE PRACTICE

FORMATION OF NEW ROAD ENTRANCE ON UPPER SHOREHAM ROAD

Between Monday 8th and Friday 26th August, Taylor Wimpey will be constructing a new vehicular entrance to serve the new residential development and the practice.  During the works there will be temporary traffic lights in place plus pavement closures.  Please take extra care when travelling to and from the practice allowing yourself plenty of time.   During August if you are on foot it may be easier to access the practice via the Upper Shoreham Road pedestrian entrance.  Taylor Wimpey have apologised for the inconvenience caused.
