You are welcome to register with this practice providing you are within the practice boundary. You are required to complete a registration form and questionnaire you will also need to provide identification (passport or driving license, plus a document with your current or previous address, i.e. a utility bill). Please note the reception desk gets very busy early morning and in the evening, you may find it better to avoid these times when calling in to register.
Whilst you will be registered with the practice you will on registration be given a named GP. You will be able to see any GP at the practice, subject to appointment availability, but we do recommend for continuity of care that you stay with one doctor through any one particular illness. If you need to be reminded who your named GP is please ask at reception or email into the practice. In any correspondence to you we will identify your named GP.
At registration you will be asked to provide a specimen of urine for testing and may be asked to book an appointment with the practice nurse for a health check, this will help us identify any current problems and give new patients an opportunity to ask relevant questions.
