Consultations are by appointment, by phoning our reception team on 01273 464640. A wide range of services and skills are available: the following information is offered as a guide, but our phone team will keep you right: please don’t feel too bamboozled!

Urgent “on the day” (10 mins): we always hold a number of appointments back each day to deal with urgent requests.
Telephone (10 mins): A number of these are available throughout the day, in order that we can quickly get back to patients requesting urgent attention, or home visits. Some of these can also be booked in advance – great if you prefer not to travel to a surgery e.g. discussing test results, asking for initial advice.
Special services: our GPs offer a wide range of skills, including minor surgery.
Routine Nurse (10 mins): for specific tests/procedures such as fitting a blood pressure monitor and advice about chronic conditions.
Routine Healthcare Assistant (10 mins): for procedures e.g. bloods, blood pressure, ear syringing, dressings etc.
Chronic disease reviews (20/30 mins): extended appointments are offered where more time is required for services like annual asthma/COPD/heart failure/diabetes reviews.
Special procedures: our Nurse/HCA team are capable of performing a wide variety of tests, in which case additional time may be required. Our phone team will keep you right!
